Who we are
Flify, MB, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller for flify.shop. You can reach us at hello@flify.shop.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we process your name, delivery address, email, phone number and the order contents. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the respective payment providers; we never see your full card number. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by emailing us. Order records are kept for 10 years as required by Lithuanian accounting law. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
