30 days, no questions
You can return any unworn item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Sets can be returned in full or in part; if you keep some pieces, the discount is recalculated on what you keep.
How to return
Email hello@flify.shop with your order number. Within Lithuania we send a free Omniva return code; elsewhere in the EU return postage is your own cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Exchanges
Wrong size? We ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned at the locker, so you are not waiting on the refund. Exchanges are free within Lithuania.
Repairs
If a seam gives out at any point, send the piece back and we repair it free of charge. This applies for the life of the product.
